TLGD received a downgrade on price from BUY to Market OutPerform from Robert Baird. But they raised the price target from 130 to 170! Go Figure!! I believe Tollgrade will announce a split soon. Last time they announced a 2 for 1 stock was trading at 80. They will have to increase the number of shares before they can split. They have 25 million total and 12.9 million are issued. Happy trading!!
