Thanks for the post. David Taylor has pointed out this potential problem in a previous post, as well as some interesting comments.

I personally don't know how much it will effect COMS, but I am hoping that employee options increase by twice the amount as Barron's projects! If that happens, yes, it will dilute COMS to some point, but it will also mean that we will get our 1.484 PALM shares at a much higher value than they are right now.

I can handle a dilution in COMS for further appreciation in PALM, how about you?
