After Greenspan spoke July 10 about the effects of technology growth on the
economy, the sector soared.

If Greenspan's upcoming testimony is positive or even neutral, the broad
market could rise across the board. Greenspan's Humphrey-Hawkins testimony
on monetary policy and economic conditions, will be on Thursday, July 20th.

I think he is giving too many speeches. It makes the market nervous. (and especially me)
