Madame Cobalt is stumped. Also flattered that the Divine Muff would consult her with legal problems. Madame Cobalt has experienced problems with fine print herself. I signed up for a free trial of something from AOL - you just click to try it for 30 days. What I didn't realize is that you have to cancel it, or you start paying for it, and it automatically renews every year. Since AOL has my credit card number, they deduct it from my credit card. And even after I cancelled it, they renewed it anyway.

Ancestor.com is like that, too, and to cancel, you have to speak with a representative, an email or a letter won't do. So I had to wait online for three hours!!!!! to cancel.

It's not a lot of money, $60 a year, but multiply that by a few million suckers, and it's real money.
