Marc: Two ways to look at it...... First way...... wouldn't it be better if the company ran out of cash and had to sell DGI? That is..... a market cap approximating sales (projecting last quarter forward) with new sector liquidity feeding demand and margins of better than 40%?? Close the doors at DGI tomorrow, forget the patent and Novo license, and you have a company that is worth, IMO, $15-20/share to competitors. Second way..... nope, secured line of credit, $31 million. They didn't hire those mid-level managers and spiff up the website for nothing, IMO. Cheers! Rick
