This may have been true in the past, but, with deference to your role in starting this thread and my pleasure in reading your messages over the past year or so, I don’t think it is true now. In response to customer demands and its own view of network evolution, NT has basically redefined its mission as building the next-generation Internet, and is directing its efforts toward doing that.
