Exactly. The key is WHEN the investing public knew that Seagate was selling, and HOW MUCH they were selling. The realization they were liquidating their holdings to facilitate a leveraged buyout led to the perception that there would be not only a glut of shares on the market but also created a question of whether owning SNDK was a good investment.
