The trouble is, their legal departments can force individuals to run up crushing legal bills in the process. The actual merits of the case are almost irrelevant. If it is established that the lawsuits are without merit, then I would like to see the suing firms prosecuted for conspiracy to violate the civil rights of the people they are trying to silence.
