Sham,

Glad to hear you are better. As someone who plays in a similar climate 4 months out of the year, here are some tips (just in case your wife will let you play):

Drink water constantly. This will keep you from dehydrating and prevent something I wouldn't wish on anyone, kidney stones. It only took me 6 incidents of kidney stones to learn this one.

Never drink beer or alcohol on the course in this type of weather.

Carry a towel wrapped around ice. I typically keep a towel like this around my neck in between shots.

Golf in hot weather is about the same as golf in the rain or cold weather, if you are aware of the dangers and have the proper equipment/supplies, you'll be fine.
