What difference would that make? I thought you only trust the judge's official robed Senate approval trained legal decision? Or is it that you are only here (on this thread) to change minds?

FWIW my initial point was to demonstrate that the case is still in progress and your post seem to indicate that it is over.

"Between you and the judge, I'll take the judge. He's got the gavel. He's got the robes. He's got the appointment for life and the approval of the Senate. He's been trained in the law and briefed by both sides.

Notwithstanding the case do you think MSFT will demonstrate on Tuesday it's ability to continue to perform as a legal monopoly?
