On Tuesday, the consensus is that Microsoft will report earnings of 41 cents per share, down from 43 cents per share last quarter (source: Zack's on Yahoo!), and up only slightly YOY from 40 cents (source: Value Line). I think they'll probably manage that, whether legal monopoly or illegal. If they don't, I think you should run for the hills. JMHO.
