I just spoke with Jack Purdy of PTV.
They have applied for, and are awaiting, approval from the VSE to change PTV into a mineral exploration company with copper as the goal of the new venture.

I, personally, have no interest in pursuing a legal recovery. I believe we would have to go after the long gone promoters and would find no assets. This is not a legal opinion.

My gut feeling is to let Mr.Purdy pursue his current objective and hope that something nice will happen down the road.

I understand the enormous frustration that we all share and wish all of you the best in any manner in which you choose to respond to your dilema.

I gambled on PTV once and I will gamble again.
