The information I got seems to indicate a private placement that will sell 20% of the play. I am excited but disappointed in the sense that I would have appreciated a chance to buy in without the dilution that occurs. However,I suppose they need the money quickly so no time for warrants to existing shareholders. Bob, its ironic that both of the plays you (and I) are in, BKP and STF/BEA bring out a private placement on the same day.

Interesting to see what Monday brings.
