If dumptheCEO doesn't get it he never will. The majority of companies in Geacs spaces are sucking sea water not just Geac. It appears that Bergeron is trying to generate income in a different way like buying under valued companies and cleaning them up to sell them for a profit. In the CC he said they are actively looking at 25. They just closed a sale for 130 Mil or so and I bet they are on the verge of buying a company or two with the cash.

As far as I'm concerned Bergeron could have pump up the company and dump his share considering he has about 200K at about 28 bucks a piece. He seemed honest and to the point on the CC. If he still owns these shares he has lost big time on paper so far.

I know it looks like gloom and doom but if it's true that these companies that haven't been spend on software products and services start spending then we could see a turn around.

If Geac doesn't recover in price I would imaging that some larger company could be looking to take them over.
