Dave: Palmer, DEC CEO, is looking for a suiter and he found one. Possible two outcomes. INTC will buy DEC for a $4billion price tag. That is buying DEC at $40 price points. This will make DEC quite profitable with INTC support. Secondly they will withdraw their lawsuit. DEC is riding on a very very thin ice. Regards Kumar.
