I hope he got off light for providing info on Morgan and Breton. Tommy, I do not believe that is the case. There are many such settlements which disappoint investors. I read on the RB RMIL how this action "may" cause a civil suit against the BOD. That will never happen. The group has split up... What would be helpful in the future and should still be sent to the SEC because of Morgan and Breton is what the total invested dollar loss is for the entire group. By having this information in hand, it may make it more difficult for them to close the cases without a punishment that fits the crime. I think the investor losses information is very important in all these cases.
