Richard, If it is established that the lawsuits are without merit, then I would like to see the suing firms prosecuted for conspiracy to violate the civil rights of the people they are trying to silence. How about making them pay a penalty instead of another lawsuit? Suing someone for suing someone only adds to the coffers of the legal establishment, probably the most unproductive sector of our society. BK
