The stocks looks technically strong - at least a short term buy. The balance sheet looks bad with the large debt although the Wisconsin invesment board's investment reduced it a bit. The future looks promising with less competition and increasing demand for storage. This is a turn-around situation - high risk, potentially high returns. Manage your risk accordingly.
