I think overvalued/undervalued are terms that get used too often and lead to reduced gains. A stock is really just a commodity based upon an underlying company and it will go where supply and demand take it. Things always go higher than they "should" and lower than they "should". The overvalued argument will gain more weight as the trend gets older, but that has just as much to do with the age of the trend as the underlying "value" of a stock. Thats just my 1 1/2 cents.
