Am I reading this right? Net proceeds, after deduction of commissions, discounts, and expenses come to $273.3 million for 3 million shares. That calculates to $91.10/share, yet the offering price is $96.125. That means that those commissions, etc., are over $5/share = 5+%.

Isn't that excessive? We're selling stock here, not real estate!
