Sig re: Set up a margin account for buying Dell as soon as the meeting is over. I was thinking about Dell's growth issues that Rollins brought up in regards to how to handle speed and size. I think that one of the things that they are thinking about, or may even be doing as we speak, is setting up additional structures of OCEO's within Dell. Just taking off on a comment that Rollins made in his interview. Best, Mike From the Rollins interview: Q: So this is more or less a permanent thing that Michael has set up? A: It could change. In terms of if the company gets really, really big, I think one of the things we're finding is the office of the CEO cannot run everything. We have to delegate. So there may come a time when the model may not work or may not be needed because we are now creating many OCEO models within independent business units.
