Hang on to you hats people! It looks to me that Starpoint is about to make a substantial turn-around for the best. From what I have heard, a cash rich private company is aggressively trying to buy out the remaining shares of Labor Control Systems and STS is in a very advantageous position. Their previous deal with LCS is still ironclad and they may be partnering with a new company that has connections to the medical field.

Starpoint's shares have definitely been over sold as a result of suspicious investors who are left wandering what will happen next and I can only surmise that the ball will be in Starpoints court. Their previous deal with LCS can not be taken away and if the other company is biding for controlling interest, they will have to pay for it. Either way, STS could come out of this, a big winner. Several other companies have also tried to capture a foothold in LCS but Starpoint was the first to sign a deal and I do not expect the Directors to just hand it over. The most likely scenario if STS signs away controlling interest is that they will be relieved of most of their payments and still maintain a substantial position in the company.
I am certain that the big issue on the minds of the STS directors is weather or not there will be compatibility between the two companies. It is most likely that a fair and equitable partnership will be the result as it would be in the best interests to both parties but even if that does not occur, Starpoint will be holding a very valuable piece of real-estate that someone else will want. This, IMO is a win-win situation for our company and I am banking on a healthy turn-around in the share price this coming week. I added to my position on Friday and know that others who are aware of the situation have done the same.

As it stands now at the present share price, this has to be a very low risk investment with a potentially high return. Excellent test results from India coupled with a new favorable deal for Starpoint is almost a sure thing and it would not surprise me to see an easy triple in the value of the stock.

There is much that remains to be seen but there are too many positives for me to ignore. I must rank STS as a Strong Buy and I look forward to our directors handling of this matter. Discussions are slated to begin very shortly and the STS Directors will no doubt be clutching their previous LCS contract and excellent test results in their hands. I wish them well and I totally expect that we will see this stock rally.

Cheers to ALL! …………….. EGV
