I even wrote to the NYTimes- I asked their education correspondent (national) if she had any comment about why the NYTimes declined to write about this story (or if they had written about it if she could send me a URL). I also asked her if the AIM claim about the editors being 3/4 gay was true. Not because I think it would be a bad thing if true- but just because the accuracy of such a claim is suspect (to me).

I had trouble finding much on this- except for exact copies of what we already read earlier. And when one reads exact copies one knows there hasn't been much independent checking of facts.

I will let you know what I hear from the NYTimes if they answer me.
