Jim -

That's good news that IFN thinks that they can use all of G*'s capacity. The question is, by when? If my dd is correct, IFN is little more than a business plan at this point; correct? While these "medium range" projects of G* are very good, we also need the "traditional" voice business of G* to start taking off pretty soon.

I'm very confident that the G* system will eventually be very successful, either as primarily voice, data or a combination of both. The problem, however, is that G* as a company (and indirectly the stock) is a debt time bomb. I commend BLS for pulling the rabbit out of his hat on the latest $250 million, but more financing will be needed.

In addition, G*'s existing loans require that G* have $100 million rev by 3/31/01. I'm not sure how G* gets there unless it starts ramping up mobile AND fixed phones pretty darn soon. Otherwise, the next round of financing will get very expensive for us current shareholders (i.e., we'll be diluted in a big way).
