I don't think so, at least, not yet. More likely, someone
with a few extra bucks succumbed to the blandishments of
Bob Bishop, or a brokerage write up. The primary market for NMR is NASDAQ (NMCOF), where there was no notable reaction. Also, gem mining stocks have moved from dead
last of out 197 industry groups to 169 in the past 3 months, according to Investor's Business Daily. There are only 13 in the group; if you can't buy DeBeers, that leaves only a few, and right now most are thinly traded.
