D. Swiss: In the conference call, Gateway stated that it plans to focus more heavily on small to mid-sized businesses, which it can reach on a personal basis with its Country Stores.

In February, Gateway formed an alliance with eSoft, a firm that specializes in networking and Internet for small to medium-sized businesses. Networking software from eSoft will be distributed with Gateway networks, and users will license them on a subscription basis. As part of the deal, Gateway will invest $25 million in eSoft and the two companies will jointly develop new products.

Currently, ESFT is selling for $7.50/share.

Hope that helps.
