Thanks...Summer weekends are Hell...in a good way :O)... and so I still haven't gone through the S3...the ambiguity of the offering price is inexcuseable, IMO. If you're in the right on your actions, why would you not be any less than honest and upfront... I'll try to fill up Scogin's voicemail this week...;o) I understand MacDonnell won't be readily available 'til the week after...
