Goutama - Re: "GTW CEO and its board of Directors have fiduciary responsibility towards its shareholders - not to Intel. So, when Intel screwed up and was unable to meet GTW's CPU needs, GTW had to tell its shareholders like the way it happened. "

That's pure BULLSHIT.

Did Gateway mention how many of the "Intel Shortfall" in CPUs were CPUs that were NOT FORECASTED nor ORDERED in advance?

In 1998 when GATEWAY cut back their orders TO INTEL, did INTEL publicly lay the blame for reduced/flat earnings and revenue on GATEWAY ?

HELL NO !!

Gateway's Weitzen is a sleazebag and GATEWAY is losing market share in the business segment, undoubtedly because many businesses don't want to spend their money on a sleazebag operation that looks for SCAPE GOATS.

Gateway has suffered lower sales to the BUSINESS SEGMENT for the two quarters since they sleazed out on Intel - do you SEE A CORRELATION HERE ?
