An interesting article, but the authors probably never spoke with service providers who must sometimes wait up to nine months to a year for a T3 line,

Frank- Auric doesn't like to get too confused with the facts (especially when they don't suit his particular purpose).

As soon as I saw the word "glut" and "fiber" in the same sentence I knew you'd be over here....hehehehe
