Hello Peter

No idea, but I do know that the company has been very successful in the past raising capital in Europe. It is possible more european $$ is coming in or simply more institutions taking positions.

Since the price didn't move too terribly much over the past few days, I am guessing that some options or warrants are being exercised then crossed to institutions.

If this volume came from individual investors, the stock would have moved much more dramatically.

I have never observed a big bump in volume before a major announcement, which I have observed on a number of other stocks such as before Lytton's announcement two weeks ago. That would be a sure sign that there was some inside feather bedding going on and would be an unfortunate change in company character if it did.

Regards
