video on demand anywhere ( or anywhere a screen with an antennae ) is the ultimate app for wireless hi bandwidth, but thats a way out both cuz of both bandwidth and content liscensing limitations. But almost instantly upon getting reliable wirless bandwidth over 64k-128k is music (mp3) streaming anywhere that i have my cellphone/pda or 'mp3' radio. This will give me my entire music collection (at home on my hard disk, or on the [inter]network somewhere) all the time anywhere! Now a question regarding that is it true that web surfing tends to be BURSTY traffic, but streaming media tends to be CONSTANT traffic. Is there any consideration of BURSTY v.s. CONSTANT bandwidth in the design of all the 3G systems?? -r
