Cussy, I put a link to your comments on the CGZ thread (hope that's okay!). HERE: techstocks.com

Here's the words of wisdom 'the source' said about us today, in the Insider Report at the Stockhouse website:
stockhouse.com

Central Asia Goldfields [CGZ.M] & Kazakstan Goldfields [KGFC.CDN]

The 'source' has more information on these two stocks today:
I have been pretty quiet on CGZ and KGFC lately and some of you may wonder why. As some of you already know, both stocks have been under selling pressure for sometime now. I felt that by providing coverage on events I merely fed the seller with stock at higher levels than that we can get it for. Those who followed the coverage and have done due diligence know that there is value in these companies. Of course Bre-X was no help. The shares of both companies continue to be under pressure and are WAY oversold. They are being GIFTED away.

Here is what we should expect in new developments:

KGFC has 3 proposals from international engineering companies to
construct the carbon in pulp (CIP) facility. The company already made the decision on which firm will be awarded the contract. This should be announced very shortly. Financing arrangements of $12.5 million for the CIP is also lined up and should be announced shortly.

KGFC manages operating mines in Kazakstan and it holds the option to purchase these mines plus 3 million acres of exploration property for U.S. $20 million. Funds spent during the option period are applied against the purchase price. Now, once the option is exercised, KGFC will be in a position to sell forward gold production. With this cash cow in place KGFC would transform itself from an exploration company into a production company. This I expect will boost valuation and interest in the stock.

News release coming out shortly.
Blanchard report has an update on KGFC.

Finally, the Mining Research Report is printed and should hit the street shortly.
If you have any comments regarding these two companies or the coverage, please post them on the Stockhouse Forum. It's the only way I can get some feed back from you (the readers).

Oooops!!! I almost missed this. Urgently, consider switching your position from KGFC at $0.60 to CGZ at $0.68. There is MUCH greater value in CGZ at this spread between the two stocks. DO NOT CONSIDER SELLING KGFC IF YOU DON'T DO A SWITCH. We are ready for a BIG move. I'm late for today's posting so I'll say more later.

The Source... I'll be back!!!

Note: The 'Source' was right about the news release as KGFC issued a news release at the market close which can be seen here. Those who have seen talk about KGFC for the last few months should read todays news release as it gives an excellent description of the companies current position. With projected production of 175,000 ounces of gold in 1998 it is looking very enticing at the $0.60 level.
