I spoke w/both Renee and Eleanor at PABN yesterday (516-232-2221); I asked them if they could confirm a rumor that ex-PABN employees are bringing a lawsuit against them. "Uh, uh, I dunno" was their response.

Renee told me they have a long list of vendors (and employees!) that are waiting, however impatiently, to be paid. Evidently, many checks have bounced, including personal checks from JS to employees for payroll.
