The company has received and accepted the resignations of
David B. Finn and Rene G. Carrier from the board of
directors effective July 14, 2000. In addition, Mr. Finn has
resigned his position as president. The contributions made by
both Mr. Finn and Mr. Carrier to the company over the years
of their tenure cannot be understated and the board wishes to
publicly express its gratitude for their service and assistance.
The company wishes to reiterate that no other material
changes in the affairs of Adda Resources are currently being
considered that have not previously been disclosed.
The lawsuit against Weatherford et al. in regards to the
Winfield Ranch 17 No. 1-E well at South Fort Stockton, Pecos
County, Texas continues. The trial is scheduled for the week
of Oct. 2, 2000.
The next regular meeting of the board of directors is scheduled
for Sept. 7, 2000.
