Value Line Comp (VLE) is near a juncture of two major trendlines - one across the 1998 and 1999 peaks, and the other capping each peak since the 1999 low. Same with Value Line Geometric (XVG) near trendline which would probably cap advance-decline improving for now. I've also noticed that July peaks generally are not characterized by double or multiple tops, such as retests of tops in January, April, and October. It may have something to do with dropoff in liquidity.
