It's a sparsely posted thread. Check it out. If what he said is true, they may be out in the cold because of IBM's new pricing policy."

If that's the case then BMC becomes a takeover target by IBM because of the quality of their software. Maybe that was IBM's plan in driving down the price of BMC and CA for that matter.
