restructuring software costs because (in his opinion) those 3rd party SW companies were charging much too much, might have posted it on the IBM thread. It's a sparsely posted thread. Check it out. If what he said is true, they may be out in the cold because of IBM's new pricing policy."

If that's the case then BMC becomes a takeover target by IBM because of the quality of their software. Maybe that
was IBM's plan in driving down the price of BMC and CA for that matter.
