Everyone,

Quick question, can anyone answer?
I had never been involved in a stock that experienced a class action suit before, and had sold at 13 but was afraid to buy back at the $3-5 levels because of the lawsuit even though it looked like gold to me.

But it seems to have little to no effect in the long term. How does this type of situation usually go? Is it possible that the lawsuit could have a negative effect at some point or is it more like pay some $ and get a slap on the wrist and business continues as usual (and business is good!)?

Not asking for specifics obviously, just the basics?
Any ideas?
