I think holding is a good idea.

I wonder if you or anyone on the thread could clue me in on the following article:

If the Class B shares are what set the market cap, how do the Class A shares that EMC owns work out? Will they be traded on the market once they are distributed and add to MCDT's market cap, or do all the MCDT shares become diluted by their impact?

I'm sorry if the answer to these questions are obvious to some; I'm sure that there is some literature somewhere that would explain this to me. If anyone could point it out, I can forego a lengthy explanation on the thread.

My underlying questions is, obviously, what are EMC shareholders going to receive, exactly, and how will what we receive effect MCDT as well as EMC?
