Thanks for the BMI b/a information. It's been very hard to pry this information out of the various quote companies. The salesmen just don't know their product and aren't willing to educate themselves.

I think I'll contact the CME for an explanation. It seems this data should be released to real time subscribers in a useful manner. If they give one, I'll pass it on.
