I'm sure their books are good because they are GSEs (Govt Sponsored Enterprises). Nonetheless, several Fed officials seem to have taken a step back from the GSEs, saying that their debt may not be guaranteed by the Govt. While I dont buy this, maybe these guys know of some bad tidings brewing in the loan portfolios of these entities.

BTW, my new #1 blow-up pick is ASGN (On Assignment).
