Willaim: Anytime you have such a large judgment against you it ain't good... But most of the bad news is already in the tobacco stock prices... A look at the Philip Morris (MO) chart shows some additional weakness today... bigcharts.com I'd expect to see a bottom at any time because those who wanted to get out have gotten out... As news of settlements springs up we should see the group begin to rebound... As for fast food stocks, it's a completely different story... Nicotine is a narcotic... You can't say the same thing about burgers and fries... I think the McDonald's of the world will do just fine... : > Jim
