Kumar, a) A $40/share for DEC will give you a price of $6B, not $4B. b) I haven't heard of a law suit that ended with a buy out. c) CPQ were willing to buy DEC for $60 - $70/share. Why should DEC settle for $40/share. I'm a share holder and I will reject a $40 offer. Amir
