My experience on Linnsoft's Mac support is just about the complete opposite of yours, Patrick. Bill Linn seems to be a workaholic. I can send in a question early Sunday evening and often have an answer by Sunday 10 p.m. Linnsoft now has a channel on IRC (undernet) which has knowledgeable people on it until 5 or 6 pm weekdays. Also they have an e-mail discussion group through 'egroups.com' I doubt that you'll easily change your impressions, but look at the linnsoft web site to see how far they've come since T/W days. T/W has about the same relationship to the current I/RT as the Sunday newspaper stock listings have to Level II quotes. Web Site: linnsoft.com
