Is INTC a QCOM licensee? Yes. In November of 1999, according to Qcom IR, Intel bought DSP Communications, a licensee of Qcom. The agreements were renegotiated, based on earlier 1995 agreements. They are apparently valid for current generation CDMA ASICS. New agreements would be needed for 3rd generation CDMA. Apollo
