You may as well be talking to yourselves when you question my integrity. My identity seems such a
question to the misinformed lemmings of this board. You rejoice in victory when you expose that MGV
and Montecito are one in the same yet reach into your arsenal of misinformation and BS when your
stock tanks from 40 to 12.

I have given my analysis, someone else do theirs. I have given you the methodology about the value of
the warrants. Believe what you want to believe. I have formed a counter argument that holds water to
every supposition on this board.

In return, Preston has offered to get me some hookers and Mooter suggests I try myself instead.
Bucked Up has continuosly accused me of being a liar and numerous posters accused me of multiple
aliases. What more can I ask for? You have contributed nothing of substance to this board. Yes, this
has all become a waste of time.

I have not posted as MGV7 or Montecito6 since I promised yesterday. I am a man of integrity. If you
or anyone else has anything of substance to say, call me at Mellon in Pittsburgh. Hopefully, we'll be
able to discuss our opposing views in an environment conducive to investor analysis. Again, this has
become a monumental waste of time!>>
