Arun Veerappan, sr. fiberoptics analyst for Robertson Stephens, was just on CNBC. Maria asked him his favorite stock: JDSU! He says he is expecting "tremendous results" when JDSU announces next week. He thinks the stock is a good buy now as it's down because of the mergers. He sees JDSU's situation as being very good now and through the end of the year.
He's also high on PMCS and AMCC. These three companies also were his favorites when I heard him speak last November. And was he ever right then.
