Ish,
Unfortunately, what you say is true. My only point was that if a child is not born, it has, absolutely, no chance at receiving any help. Circumstances are such, in Africa, that children are going to die at a greater rate than more developed countries. Another consideration, is that there are millions of hungry children right here in the U.S.A. I feel it is our duty to see that those at home are served first, and those of other sovereign nations receive whatever we can spare. We cannot be responsible for the hunger of the World.
