Haim,

We are in the midst of the stock valuation mania.

The psychology here works approximately like this:

1. If this stock has at least some descent business going , then its worth unlimited amount of market cap.

2. If the stock is crap, but happens to be in the sector, where other companies have some descent business going, then its worth at least half of what those others are.

I think Techplayer's response falls right in line here.
