Corvis has recently purchased Algety, a French company with roots in Alcatel's engineering division. They are pioneering some interesting developments and I've read a bit about it here: algety.fr

has an international version, available at no cost to industry types. Looks to be a very well written publication. I'm going to give 'er a go.
